| PREAMBLE |

We, the members of the "Philippine Windows Users
Group" do hereby establish this Constitution in order that our
purpose be realized to its fullest extent. We pride ourselves in
developing and being accountable for personal and professional responsibilities.
We also believe that to create and sustain a successful User Group,
all of the members are equally important. Each member has specific
job and duties to fulfill. We believe that if everyone is working
to his or her full professional potential, the organization as a
whole is sure to be successful. |

| Article I: Name |

| Section 1: The official name of the User Group shall
be the Philippine Windows Users Group. |
| |
|
|

Section 1a: |
The acronym PHIWUG shall be the official short name
of the Philippine Windows Users Group. |
| |
|
|
| |
Section 1b: |
The Philippine Windows Users Group or PHIWUG is one
and the same. |
| |
|
|
| |
Section 1c: |
User Group as used in this constitution refers to
the Philippine Windows Users Group or PHIWUG. |
